Mitihoon – Mr. Prasong Poontaneat, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mrs. Pittaya Vorapanyasakul, Chief Executive Officer at Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC), along with the Board of Directors, held a general shareholders’ meeting to report 2024 operating results and present key agenda items. The meeting approved a dividend of 1.32 baht per share, with a record date of April 18, 2025, and a payment date of May 2, 2025, totaling 3,403.4 million baht. The meeting was conducted electronically in accordance with the Electronic Meetings Act B.E. 2020 and other applicable regulations.
