Mitihoon – Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (BC) has taken a major step into the luxury hotel market by signing a development and management agreement with Marriott International to launch the new JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 24. Located in a prime areaof Phrom Phong district , this flagship 5-star development is one of BC’s largest projects to date, standing out in terms of scale, investment, and international service standards.

Hotel Information JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 is set on over 3 rai of prime land in central Sukhumvit, with convenient access to BTS Phrom Phong and the EM District. The project uniquely connects Sukhumvit Soi 24 and Soi 26, enhancing land value and optimizing commercial potential within the development. The hotel will be designed under the concept of “Timeless Luxury” and feature premium guest rooms, fine dining restaurants, meeting and conference facilities, a grand ballroom, and a rooftop bar and restaurant with panoramic views of Bangkok. Construction is expected to commence in 2026, with a full opening scheduled for 2030.
The hotel will also benefit from the global Marriott Bonvoy network, Marriott International travel platform, giving it access to a strong base of loyal international travelers while offering exclusive privileges to members.
