Thai Credit Bank has received the ‘Carbon Footprint of Organization (CFO)’ certification for the first year, reaffirming its commitment to Sustainable Banking with the target of becoming Carbon Neutral.

Mitihoon – Thai Credit Bank Public Company Limited received the 2025 Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certificate from the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) or TGO. The Bank has officially received the certification for the first year, reflecting its commitment to effectively managing and reducing greenhouse gas emissions (GHG). The event held on 25 June 2025 at the Conference Hall, Thailand Institute of Justice (Public Organization).

Mr. Sarawooth Savejnarong, First Executive Vice President of Human Resources and ESG and ESMS Officer, Thai Credit Bank Pcl., stated that “Thai Credit Bank adheres to conducting business in accordance with the principles of sustainable development (ESG) covering all dimensions, including environmental, social, governance and economic aspects. We have systematically integrated these approaches into our corporate management strategies.”

The success in receiving the CFO certification reflects the organization’s efficient internal management . The Bank has a data management system, transparent disclosure and reporting of the GHG emissions in accordance with international standards. It has also clearly defined environmental policies and promotes operations that demonstrate environmental responsibility in all dimensions. In an effort to contribute to the sustainable mitigation of the effects of climate change, the Bank has also instilled a transparent corporate culture with verifiable indicators and encouraged employees, customers, business partners, and all stakeholders to be aware of and seriously implement environmental conservation practices.

The Bank has set a target to achieve Carbon Neutrality by 2050 and Net Zero by 2065 to support the transition to a low-carbon society and build confidence in driving the Bank with a strong financial foundation to support continuous and sustainable growth.
