Mitihoon – ICHITAN Group Public Company Limited (ICHI) has announced its Q2/2025 performance, reporting a record-breaking net profit of 407.2 million baht. The company also announced a quarterly sales figure of 2,263.6 million baht, a 29.7% increase from the first quarter. Following this strong performance, the board has approved an interim dividend of 0.55 baht per share.
Looking ahead to the second half of the year, the company is optimistic about continued growth in its OEM business, fueled by a surge in orders for its IF coconut water in China. ICHI also plans to capitalize on the growing demand for family-sized beverages by expanding its product line with larger packaging options. Additionally, Ichitan Indonesia is set to build on its profitability by broadening its distribution network. The company stated its commitment to becoming a strong dividend-paying stock to reward its shareholders.
Mr. Tan Passakornnatee, CEO of ICHI, revealed that Q2/2025 sales were 2,263.6 million baht, a 29.7% increase from Q1/2025, with sales figures remaining close to the previous year. The net profit of 407.2 million baht set a new record, growing significantly from Q1/2025, partly due to a one-time gain of 120 million baht from a land sale. The Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of 0.55 baht per share for the period of January to June 2025. The record date for shareholders to be eligible for the dividend is August 28, 2025, and the payment date is September 11, 2025, in line with the company’s policy of being a top dividend stock for shareholders and investors.
The company’s growth is attributed to its agile marketing strategies. The non-tea product segment continues to perform well, with “Ichitan PH Plus Alkaline Water” seeing excellent reception and consistent quarterly growth. A new 1-liter size has been launched to meet the increasing demand from families, and the product was recently honored with the Superior Taste Award 2025 from the International Taste Institute in Belgium. Meanwhile, in the green tea segment, the company has introduced a new 840ml size of its signature Ichitan Green Tea to appeal to value-conscious consumers. The premium tea brand “Shizuoka” also maintains its leading position in the premium tea market.
Internationally, Ichitan Indonesia is on a path of sustainable profit growth, with plans to expand its distribution to Sumatra and Jayapura in Q3/2025. This expansion will support the popular “Thai Milk Tea” and “Brown Sugar Milk Tea” products. The company’s other international markets, including the CLMV region, also continue to perform well.
ICHI’s commitment to cost management and production efficiency has resulted in a gross profit margin of 24%. A major highlight for the year is the exceptional growth of its OEM business, particularly with “IF Coconut Water,” which has seen exponential sales growth in China. The company is also in negotiations with several new OEM clients.
In addition to its strong financial performance, ICHITAN Group is focused on sustainable business practices through its “Ichitan ReCircle” initiative. This closed-loop recycling program for PET plastic bottles is a collaboration with PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited and GC YOUturn. It establishes a comprehensive system for collecting, sorting, sanitizing, and processing plastic bottles into new products while maintaining the plastic’s quality. This initiative ensures that bottles can be reused endlessly for beverages, preventing them from ending up in landfills or the ocean. This effort underscores ICHITAN Group’s readiness to adapt to global environmental policies and the circular economy, demonstrating its commitment to responsible production and encouraging sustainable consumption.
