Mitihoon – Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC) is reinforcing its people-first strategy by partnering with Exotic Food PCL to showcase how ‘Coaching Culture’ can drive business growth beyond industry benchmarks. At its recent Leadership Dialogue: Coach for Success, KTC invited Ms. Vasana ChantruchManaging Director of Exotic Food, to share insights on building a coaching-driven workplace.  Exotic Food has proven that structured coaching can reduce employee turnover to just 1%, while lifting both engagement and profitability.
“Transformation must start with people,”
Ms. Vasana said, citing Exotic Food’s People Excellence strategy, anchored by the core value “Work Smart, Have Fun, No Drama.”  This approach has positioned the company as an Employer of Choice, balancing productivity with workplace well-being and pride in contribution. For KTC, the session reflects a broader commitment to developing human capital alongside process and technology.
Mrs. Pittaya Vorapanyasakul, President & Chief Executive Officer of Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC), emphasized that knowledge-sharing with successful partners strengthens KTC’s own Coaching Culture, now embedded at scale: 10 executives are fully certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with 33 more trained as accredited coaches.
“When employees are engaged and resilient, business results follow,” Pittaya said.  KTC’s employee engagement scores rose in 2024, underscoring the link between people development and financial performance.
By embedding coaching into corporate strategy, KTC aims to sustain growth, deepen organizational loyalty, and serve as a model for Thai businesses seeking long-term competitiveness.
