Mitihoon – The Board of Directors of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited or “FPT” has approved the appointment of Somboon Wasinchatchawal as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and Kriangkrai Pokanukrom as Chief Financial Officer, effective 5 February 2026. These appointments mark an important step in strengthening leadership alignment and are in line with Frasers Property Group’s OneFrasers strategy, which aims to unlock synergies and enhance long-term value creation.
As Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Somboon will oversee the company’s operational performance across its core business units, with responsibility for driving portfolio efficiency and supporting the execution of the company’s strategic priorities in alignment with its long-term objectives.
Somboon brings over 30 years of senior executive experience across several leading listed real estate companies. He joined FPT in 2012, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Residential Business. In these roles, he delivered stable performance in financial strategy formulation. He has demonstrated outstanding performance in formulating the company’s financial strategies and co-managing the portfolio efficiently. His leadership was instrumental in enabling the company to maintain resilience and steady growth amid challenging market conditions.
As Chief Financial Officer, Kriangkrai will lead FPT’s financial strategy, financial planning and analysis and financial governance. He will play a key role in strengthening the company’s financial discipline to support business expansion and long-term value creation. He has extensive experience in the finance and accounting profession, having previously worked with KPMG Phoomchai Audit Company Limited. Kriangkrai joined FPT in 2020. Prior to this appointment, he held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Reporting and Consolidation, Senior Vice President of Accounting, and Executive Vice President of Financial Reporting.
