Mitihoon – Frasers Property Thailand strengthens its industrial estate business, marking the next phase of industrial growth
Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“Frasers Property Thailand” or “FPT”) is expanding its Industrial Estate business through the establishment of Frasers Property Industrial Estate as a separate business unit under FPT, marking the next phase of FPT’s growth in the industrial sector.
Frasers Property Industrial Estate will oversee the management of the existing ARAYA – The Eastern Gateway project and a new industrial estate developments, further strengthening FPT’s integrated real estate platform and complementing its established industrial and commercial portfolios.
The move builds on FPT’s established capabilities in industrial and logistics development and supports its continued expansion into high-value industries, while connecting international businesses with investment opportunities in Thailand and the wider ASEAN region.
Frasers Property Industrial Estate will be led by Ms. Kamonkarn Kongkathong, Managing Director of Frasers Property Industrial Estate (Thailand) Company Limited.

The new industrial estate in Chonburi will span over 2,244 rai in a strategic location within Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), an area with strong potential for industrial and logistics development. Its location provides connectivity to key infrastructure and major manufacturing hubs across the Eastern region, supporting long-term investment and industrial growth.
