Mitihoon – Three Bangchak Group companies – Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, BCPG Public Company Limited, and BBGI Public Company Limited – received the Human Rights Model Organization Award at the Human Rights Model Organization Award 2026, at the Outstanding level, the highest award level in the Large Business Organization category. The awards ceremony was organized by the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection at IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani. Pol. Lt. Gen. Ruthaphon Naowarat, Minister of Justice, presented the awards to representatives of the three companies: Dr. Anekprach Kaewmanee, Vice President, Corporate Sustainability Management, Bangchak Corporation PCL; Ms. Chalida Narongsirikul, Vice President, Sustainability Management and Corporate Communications, BCPG PCL; and Ms. Benjamaporn Onkhreng, Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management, BBGI PCL. The representatives received the award at the Human Rights Awards 2026 ceremony, organized by the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection at IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani.
Bangchak has received the highest-level award for the fourth consecutive year, Bangchak Corporation received the highest-level award for the fourth consecutive year, BCPG for the third consecutive year, and BBGI for the first time.The recognition reflects their commitment to good corporate governance, human rights management and equality in its business operations and engagement with stakeholders. The Company respects and embraces diversity in terms of thought, religion, skin color, race, and vulnerable groups, while demonstrating accountability and building confidence in its commitment to conducting business with respect for human rights.
Human rights are embedded as a policy commitment across all three companies, supported by comprehensive monitoring and due diligence processes to assess potential impacts throughout every stage of business operations. They have also established remedial mechanisms to address any adverse impacts that may arise. In addition, the three companies conduct annual human rights and environmental risk assessments across its entire supply chain, covering eight key risk areas in accordance with the guidelines of the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand.
