มิติหุ้น – บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ขอแจ้งการอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับผู้โดยสารที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล สำหรับท่านที่ถือบัตรโดยสารของการบินไทยซึ่งออกก่อนหรือภายในวันที่ 26-29 กันยายน 2569 และมีแผนเดินทางเข้า–ออกท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ ระหว่างวันที่ 26-29 กันยายน 2569 สามารถดำเนินการได้ดังนี้
– ผู้โดยสารสามารถเปลี่ยนวันเดินทางได้ 1 ครั้ง ในเส้นทางและระดับราคาเดิม โดยยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียม ทั้งนี้ ผู้โดยสารต้องเดินทางก่อนวันที่ 29 กันยายน 2569
กรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเดินทางหลังจากวันที่ 29 กันยายน 2569 การดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลงบัตรโดยสารจะเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขบนบัตรโดยสาร
การบินไทยขอแนะนำให้ผู้โดยสารเผื่อเวลาในการเดินทางมายังท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ เนื่องจากอาจมีความล่าช้าจากสภาพการจราจรในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์น้ำท่วม โดยสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะเที่ยวบินก่อนออกเดินทาง ผ่านช่องทางดังต่อไปนี้

THAI Facilitates Passengers Affected by Flooding in Bangkok and Surrounding Areas
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) announces assistance measures to facilitate passengers affected by the flooding situation in Bangkok and surrounding areas.
For passengers holding THAI tickets on or before 26-29 September 2026 and scheduled to travel to/from Suvarnabhumi Airport between 26-29 September 2026, the following option will apply:
• Passengers may change their travel date once, on the same routing and in the same fare class, with applicable change fees waived. Travel must be completed by 29 September 2026.
• Any changes made after 29 September 2026 will be subject to the applicable ticket conditions.
THAI recommends passengers allow extra travel time to Suvarnabhumi Airport due to possible traffic delays in flood-affected areas. Passengers are advised to check their flight status through the following channels:
