Mitihoon – IMPACT Muang Thong Thani announces the change of its information dissemination platform from the IMPACT application to the LINE Official Account @impactvenue to streamline communication, enhance customer experience, and better tailor special privileges to customers’ preferences and interests.
Ms. Jintana Phongpakdee, Director of Corporate Communications at IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., stated that to deliver enhanced experiences and improve communication of information and promotions of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani and its 18 affiliated restaurant brands to target groups with greater accuracy, the information dissemination platform has been switched from the IMPACT application to the LINE Official Account @impactvenue.
This change of information dissemination platform aligns with the behavior of Thai consumers who prefer to communicate with brands primarily through social media channels, which facilitate direct communication between customers and brands and allow brands to provide faster, more effective customer support. LINE effectively meets this need. DataReportal’s Digital 2025 report indicates that digital usage among Thai people continues to grow, with LINE being the third most popular application, following Facebook and YouTube. LINE is popular among Thais because it is ideal for daily communication and offers diverse functions. Currently, there are 56 million LINE accounts in Thailand.
New users who wish to receive information from IMPACT Muang Thong Thani and its 18 affiliated restaurant brands can add the LINE Official Account @impactvenue as a friend. Users will then receive information about events at the center, including event schedules and transportation information, to help them plan their visits.
Furthermore, customers can accumulate IMPACT Family privilege points via the LINE Official Account @impactvenue. Existing and new IMPACT Family members can seamlessly transition from the IMPACT application to the LINE Official Account @impactvenue and receive 100 welcome points instantly. New customers can easily sign up for IMPACT Family membership by adding @impactvenue via LINE, selecting “New member,” entering personal information such as name, surname, date of birth, and phone number, then entering the OTP code received via SMS, verifying member information, and tapping “Next.” Existing IMPACT Family members can simply select “Already a member,” then enter their registered phone number for verification, and enter the OTP code received via SMS. Previously accumulated points will be merged.
“The transition from the IMPACT application to the LINE Official Account @impactvenue will allow us to communicate more directly and foster a closer relationship with our customers than ever before, as most of them already have a LINE account. By simply adding us as a friend, they can find useful information, including news, special privileges, event schedules, transportation information, and more, all in one place. This will enhance convenience and help us meet customer needs more effectively,” said Ms. Jintana.
Existing users of the IMPACT application who have already installed it will be able to use the service until November 30, 2025. However, new users will not be able to download the IMPACT application on iOS and Android systems.
