Mitihoon – 16 June 2025, Bangkok – Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, presented a certificate of commendation and the Nakharaphirak honorary emblem to Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited (SPRC) and the Group of Chevron companies in Thailand led by Mr. Santisak Thaipat, Country Chairman and General Manager, Chevron (Thailand) Limited, Mr. Pativate Boonyapaluk, Vice President, Health, Safety and Environment, Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd., and Mr. Narongrit Chaiyaras, Vice President, Fuels Marketing & Operations, Star Fuels Marketing Limited (SFL), a subsidiary of SPRC, in recognition of company’s contribution to earthquake rescue and relief efforts. The ceremony was held to express appreciation to organizations that supported the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in this mission at Bangkok Room in Irawat Pattana Building within the City Hall 2 complex in Din Daeng.
The Nakharaphirak honorary emblem is an award presented to individuals or organizations in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Following the recent earthquake in Thailand, Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited (SPRC), Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd., and Chevron (Thailand) Limited jointly donated Caltex StarCash fuel cards valued at 450,000 baht, redeemable for any fuel type at Caltex stations nationwide, along with 1,620 liters of Caltex Rando hydraulic oil provided by Chevron (Thailand) Limited. These contributions support rescue workers, volunteers and related organizations in their ongoing transportation missions to assist those affected by the earthquake on 28 March. This initiative reflects the continued commitment of SPRC and the Group of Chevron companies in Thailand to provide timely support to the Thai community while standing alongside the dedicated rescue personnel and volunteers who carry out their duties with unwavering dedication.
