This recognition reinforces the success of the Krungsri Digital Supply Chain x CHG initiative— a digital transformation solution specifically designed to meet the complex and unique procurement needs of the healthcare industry, particularly in the procurement of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
The award reflects Krungsri and CHG’s shared commitment to leveraging innovative technology to enhance procurement efficiency across CHG’s healthcare network. Through Matching Automation, the platform digitizes the verification of documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and goods receipts, while also offering real-time status tracking and structured data management. This solution significantly streamlines the procurement process for CHG’s 10 hospitals and 5 clinics, involving over 1,000 suppliers—resulting in faster operations, reduced manual workload, and more efficient cost control.
