Mitihoon – KBank recently received the ASEAN Top 50 Publicly Listed Companies award, recognizing it as one of the 50 listed companies with good corporate governance in ASEAN for 2024 under the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) project. This accolade acknowledges the Bank’s commitment to operating business under the principles of good governance with social and environmental responsibility for sustainable growth in order to establish and promote corporate governance standards that are on par with international levels and have gained acceptance from international investors. This recognition reflects the Bank’s commitment to conducting business with transparency, accountability, ethics, and consideration for all stakeholders. The Bank aims to continuously and sustainably uphold high corporate governance standards while embedding them within its organizational culture. The award was announced at the ASEAN Corporate Governance Conference and Awards 2025, which was supported by the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), held recently at the Four Seasons Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
