Mitihoon – Mr. Phuping Taweesarp, Vice President-Corporate Sustainability, Thai Oil Public Company Limited received 3 awards from the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard 2024, namely Country TOP 5 (Thailand) Award, ASEAN Top 50 PLCs Award, and ASEAN Asset Class Publicly Listed Companies Award, for the third consecutive year. The ceremony was held at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard award is based on a corporate governance (CG) survey conducted by the ASEAN Capital Market Forum (ACMF), which comprises the Securities and Exchange Commissions (SEC) of six ASEAN countries: Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam. The award recognizes listed companies in ASEAN for their commitment to implementing good corporate governance principles in their operations.
