BC Signs Franchise Agreement with Accor to Operate Three Global Hotel Brands

Mitihoon – Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (BC) has signed a Hotel Franchise Agreement (HFA) with Accor, a global leader in hospitality. This Agreement recognizes BC as a Third Party Operator (TPO) within the Accor system in Thailand, a designation held by only a select group of trusted hotel operators. As a TPO, BC is empowered to independently manage hotels under Accor’s hospitality brands, reflecting its proven expertise in hotel operations and international standards. Under this agreement, BC has secured franchise rights to operate three globally recognized brands: Mövenpick, Mercure, and Handwritten Collection. The partnership expands BC’s hospitality portfolio and reinforces its strategy for long-term sustainable revenue growth.

Mr. Prabsharan Singh Thakral, Chief Executive Officer of Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (BC), a leader in strategic real estate development under the Build Operate Sale (BOS) model, stated: “This collaboration with Accor represents a major milestone for BC as we expand our capabilities to operate hotels at an international level. It not only enhances our hotel portfolio but also unlocks new customer segments and lays the groundwork for steady and sustainable revenue growth moving forward.”

The HFA was co-signed with Mr. Garth Simmons, Chief Operating Officer of Accor’s Premium, Midscale, and Economy Division in Asia. Under this agreement, BC will take over operations of three properties: Mercure Phuket Patong Journeyhub, JonoX Sukhumvit 5 – Handwritten Collection, , and Mövenpick Resort Kamala Beach Phuket, all signed under Franchise Agreements. All three hotels are expected to launch between 2025 and 2027.
