Mitihoon – The Board of Directors of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (DUSIT) has resolved to appoint Mr Chanin Donavanik, Acting Chairman of the Board, as Group Chief Executive Officer, effective 12 September 2025.
This follows Ms. Suthumpun’s decision, which has been duly approved by the Company, to take early retirement from her role as Group CEO after accepting an invitation from Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul to join the government’s economic team as Minister of Commerce.
To ensure Dusit’s operations continue smoothly and with stability, Mr Donavanik will oversee the transition and ensure the continuity of Dusit’s policies and management across all dimensions.
“As a good corporate citizen committed to the benefit of our nation, we are honoured and deeply proud that Ms Suthumpun has been entrusted with this important role in the government,” said Mr Donavanik. “It is a testament to her dedication, expertise, and leadership, and we extend our full support as she devotes herself to serving the nation at this critical juncture, a decision driven by her sense of duty to Thailand.
“We sincerely thank Ms Suthumpun for her tireless commitment, leadership, and vision, which have helped shape and strengthen Dusit throughout her tenure.
