Mitihoon – IMPACT Growth Real Estate Investment Trust (IMPACT Growth REIT) has reaffirmed its position as a reliable income-generating REIT by distributing a Q1 FY2025/2026 dividend of THB 0.22 per unit on September 12, 2025. This payout reflects the REIT’s strong revenue-generating capacity and stable management performance, despite ongoing macroeconomic challenges.
At the same time, IMPACT Growth REIT continues to explore new investment opportunities aimed at enhancing portfolio value, increasing diversification, and securing more stable recurring income. The REIT is currently evaluating potential expansion into new asset classes.
