Mitihoon – Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS), Thailand’s leading telecommunications and digital infrastructure provider, thanks investors for their confidence and announces the successful completion of Debenture Issuance No. 1/2025, which was fully subscribed, achieving the target of THB 15 billion. Proceeds will be used to invest in and strengthen digital infrastructure and intelligent technologies across mobile networks, high-speed broadband, and digital services. The offering comprised three tranches—5-year at 1.92% p.a., 7-year at 2.29% p.a., and 10-year at 2.47% p.a.—each rated AAA(tha) by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited, and was offered to institutional and retail investors during 10–12 November 2025.
