Mitihoon – EXIM Thailand has announced the appointments of Ms. Draswan Shoowong as Senior Executive Vice President; Mr. Dechar Prinyasuk as Head of Procurement and General Administration Department; Mr. Apinut Chatusripitak as Head of Insurance Underwriting and Operation Department; Mr. Wirach Supitayakul as Head of Banking Department; and Mr. Vatcharin Ketkaew as Head of Branch Administration Department, effective from November 1, 2025.
Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) has appointed Ms. Draswan Shoowong, Executive Vice President, as Senior Executive Vice President, SMEs Function Line, to oversee SME export promotion, external relations for SME support and development, advisory services on export operations, and capacity building of Thai entrepreneurs to meet international standards. EXIM Thailand has also appointed Mr. Dechar Prinyasuk as Head of Procurement and General Administration Department, responsible for the Bank’s procurement, engineering, and utility systems, as well as maintenance of buildings, premises, and office equipment; Mr. Apinut Chatusripitak as Head of Insurance Underwriting and Operation Department, overseeing the assessment of foreign buyer and buyer bank risks, managing claims, debt recovery, and coordination with reinsurance organizations and international export credit agencies; Mr. Wirach Supitayakul as Head of Banking Department, in charge of providing financial services for export and import-for-export businesses, including export documentation and customer account monitoring; and Mr. Vatcharin Ketkaew as Head of Branch Administration Department, responsible for branch operations management. The appointments are effective from November 1, 2025 onward.
Ms. Draswan holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance and Marketing, Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University. She joined EXIM Thailand in 2018, and was appointed as Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance 1 and SMEs function lines in 2018 and 2023, respectively.
Mr. Dechar holds a Master of Business Administration from Kasetsart University, and a Bachelor of Economics from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. He joined EXIM Thailand in 1994, and was appointed as Manager of General Procurement Division and Assistant Vice President of General Administration Department in 2008 and 2013, respectively.
Mr. Apinut holds a Master of Business Administration from Assumption University, and a Bachelor of Economics from Thammasat University. He joined EXIM Thailand in 2018 in the position of Assistant Vice President, Insurance Business Promotion Department.
Mr. Wirach holds a Master of Business Administration from Ramkhamhaeng University, and a Bachelor of Law from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. He joined EXIM Thailand in 1995, and was appointed as Manager, Customer Service Support Division, and Assistant Vice President, Banking Department in 2007 and 2015, respectively.
Mr. Vatcharin holds a Master of Business Economics from National Institute of Development Administration, and a Bachelor of Economics from Thammasat University. He joined EXIM Thailand in 2001, and was appointed as Manager, Seri Thai Branch, and Assistant Vice President, Branch Administration Department in 2010 and 2017, respectively.
