Mitihoon – Bangkok: November 27, 2025 – CP AXTRA Public Company Limited (CP AXTRA), the operator of Asia’s leading wholesaler and retailer “Makro and Lotus’s,” has entered a strategic partnership with CJ Logistics, a global leading innovation-driven logistics technology company with more than 90 years of operational expertise. This collaboration combines CP AXTRA’s extensive retail and wholesale network with CJ Logistics’ advanced logistics expertise to strengthen CP AXTRA’s end-to-end supply chain, accelerate e-commerce fulfillment capabilities, and support both companies’ ambitions for regional growth.
Under this partnership, CJ Logistics will deploy cutting-edge technologies and deep logistics expertise to strengthen CP AXTRA’s supply chain operations and accelerate its ambition to become the leading retail technology company in ASEAN. As part of the initial phase, CJ Logistics has commenced operations at a 67,000 sq.m multi-temperature distribution center in Wang Noi, Ayutthaya, managing ambient, chilled and frozen products to supply Makro stores nationwide. In the next phase, CJ Logistics will operate wholesale distribution centers under CP AXTRA totaling 164,000 sqm – a scale that will positioning CJ Logistics among the top logistics players in Thailand. Building on its proven cold-chain capabilities and advanced logistics processes, CJ Logistics will also work with CP AXTRA to develop next-generation logistics systems, including a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) and an integrated Total Control Tower (TCT)—to significantly enhance real-time visibility, operational speed, and overall efficiency across Thailand’s retail supply chain.
