Mitihoon – Generali Thailand recently held an exclusive town hall event to welcome senior executives from Generali Group and Generali Asia. The event highlighted the company’s strong performance and outlined its strategic direction for 2026. The session focused on accelerating the next phase of growth under the “Lifetime Partner 27: Driving Excellence” strategy, which focuses on strengthening the business structure, expanding distribution capabilities, elevating customer service, enhancing talent development, and shaping the next stage of its transformation in Thailand.
At the event, Mr. Arsh Kaumi, Country Manager & CEO of Generali Thailand, shared his vision and strategic direction for driving the organization toward market leadership in Thailand’s insurance industry. He also highlighted the company’s continued strong performance throughout 2025, achieved under the “Lifetime Partner 27: Driving Excellence” framework, which is built upon three key pillars: Strengthen Distribution – reinforcing and expanding distribution channels, Customer FIRST – elevating customer experience across all touchpoints, People Development – continuously developing talent, fostering collaboration, and building a culture that supports sustainable, long-term growth.
The Town Hall was honored by the presence of senior leaders from Generali Group and Generali Asia, including: Mr. Giulio Terzariol, Direttore Generale – Group Deputy CEO, Generali Group, Mr. Jaime Angustegui Magarajo, Deputy CEO Insurance and Head of Insurance M&A, Generali Group, Mr. Simone Bemporad, Group Chief Communications & Public Affairs Officer, Generali Group, Mr. Roberto Leonardi, Asia Regional Officer, Generali Asia. These executives shared strategic perspectives and guidance to support Generali Thailand’s direction and transformation plan for 2026.
The event also featured a special Khon performance, showcasing Thailand’s rich cultural heritage in honor of the international guests, followed by a tour of Generali Thailand’s headquarters at Park Silom.
