KTC and Bedway Unveil Smart Sleep Subscription to Make Quality Sleep Accessible

Mitihoon – KTC has joined forces with Bedway, a Smart Sleep Subscription brand collaborating with Lotus, Dunlopillo, and Omazz, to make quality mattresses more accessible without requiring a large upfront payment and without tying up customers’ credit card limits.. The program offers consumers flexible monthly instalment plans of up to 36 months with no upfront payment, along with comprehensive Sleep Care services and exclusive privileges. KTC credit cardmembers who subscribe through monthly instalments are eligible to redeem KTC FOREVER points equivalent to their monthly spending for 30% cashback every month for six consecutive months, subject to conditions. The campaign runs from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026, making premium bedding more accessible and affordable.

The subscription model is gaining momentum in Thailand as consumers seek convenient access to premium products bundled with after-sales services. T Once associated mainly with software and streaming platforms, subscriptions have expanded into lifestyle and wellness categories — including premium mattresses — which directly impact personal health while improving customers’ affordability.

Spending on subscription-based services via KTC credit cards rose more than 30% year-on-year in 2024, signaling growing consumer appetite for this model. KTC sees strong potential in subscription partnerships across diverse sectors to reduce financial burden for members and make quality products more accessible without large upfront payments. Cashback and point-redemption benefits also enhance spending efficiency and strengthen long-term customer relationships.”

Subscription offers a cost-effective lifestyle upgrade, especially in Thailand’s furniture market, which was valued at about THB 85 billion in 2024 and is expected to grow 4-5% annually, surpassing THB 100 billion by 2027.
