(FPCAMT), in its capacity as the manager of Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (GVREIT), received two accolades in the Business Excellence category — for Outstanding REIT Performance Award and Best REIT Performance Award — at the SET Awards 2025, organised by the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
The Best REIT Performance Award is assessed based on a comprehensive set of criteria, ranging from operational results and stability of income and expenses to asset quality, occupancy rates, good governance, regulatory-compliant transparency and effective risk management and internal controls.
