Mitihoon – January 9, 2026 – True Corporation is enhancing 5G and 4G signals nationwide to support National Children’s Day 2026, catering to children, youth, and families across Thailand. Network capacity has been reinforced at major event locations nationwide, with particular focus on air show viewing areas and aircraft exhibition sites, where large crowds of families are expected. All Children’s Day venues are fully prepared to support communications and the sharing of photos and videos throughout the celebrations in every region. The festivities are further enlivened by True Alpha Hub, a new landmark in the heart of Siam Square Soi 3, which will host a “Children’s Day Happiness Festival” on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. onwards.

To support connectivity during National Children’s Day, True Corporation has expanded 5G and 4G coverage across key activity areas in Bangkok and the metropolitan area, as well as major regions nationwide. In Bangkok, large-scale venues include Wing 601, Wing 6 (Don Mueang), and the Royal Thai Air Force Museum, which feature Children’s Day highlights such as air shows, including flyovers and colored smoke displays, along with exhibitions of 22 aircraft and equipment models, including T-50, F-16 A/B, Gripen, C-130H, Alpha Jet, and H-225M helicopters. Additional venues include the Bangkok Children’s Museum, the Planetarium, and the Science Centre for Education.

In the metropolitan area, 5G and 4G coverage has been strengthened across major shopping centers and learning destinations, including Rama IX Museum under the National Science Museum Organization, Future Park Rangsit, Central WestGate, Mega Bangna, and Ancient City, Samut Prakan.

In the Northern region, network capacity has been reinforced in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, and other key tourist cities, particularly at Chiang Mai Zoo, Royal Park Rajapruek, and municipal event spaces. The Northeastern region focuses on major learning centers and city landmarks such as Phu Wiang Dinosaur Museum, Nakhon Ratchasima Zoo, and Chang Arena.

Across the Central and Eastern regions, 5G and 4G enhancements cover zoos, educational attractions, and city event venues, including the Kamphaeng Saen Flying Training School (Nakhon Pathom), Ayutthaya Historical Park, Kanchanaburi Skywalk, Khao Kheow Open Zoo, and Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Pattaya. In the Southern region, coverage spans key tourist provinces such as Phuket, Krabi, Songkhla, and Trang, where large numbers of children and families participate in Children’s Day activities.

On the technology front, True Corporation has prepared its network comprehensively by deploying AI-driven Autonomous Network Level 4.0, certified to global standards by TM Forum, through Intent-Based Operation (IBO) technology. Operating like a 24/7 virtual network operations team, the system predicts potential issues, proactively fine-tunes the network, balances traffic loads, reduces interference, and maintains stable and high-speed 5G and 4G performance throughout the events.

At the same time, True Corporation has further strengthened network capacity at Children’s Day venues and along transportation routes nationwide by maximizing performance on the 5G 2600 MHz band with full bandwidth, deploying additional Cell-on-Wheels (COW) mobile base stations, installing Temporary Sites, and fine-tuning signal parameters to match event usage patterns. Network quality is monitored and controlled in real time, 24/7, by the Business and Network Intelligence Center (BNIC) using AI, ensuring smooth connectivity across all regions on Children’s Day.

In addition, True Corporation is celebrating National Children’s Day 2026 at True Alpha Hub, a new landmark in the heart of Siam and the first launchpad for Gen Alpha in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Designed as both an Experience Space and a Community Hub, True Alpha Hub offers an open platform for children and youth to find inspiration, express their identity, and connect with peers who share similar interests, fostering a creative Gen Alpha community.

For this year’s Children’s Day, True Alpha Hub will host a Happiness Festival on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. onwards, featuring a wide range of activities and exclusive privileges curated especially for Gen Alpha.
