มิติหุ้น – One of Pattaya’s most anticipated social and sporting events returns this January as the B.Grimm Thai Polo Open celebrates its 20th Anniversary at Thai Polo Club Pattaya on Saturday, 24 January 2026. The tournament will once again be played for the prestigious HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Cup, continuing a two-decade tradition of combining world-class polo with meaningful charitable support. Founded by Dr Harald Link, Chairman of B.Grimm, together with Ms Nunthinee Tanner, Co-Owner, the Thai Polo Open has grown into Thailand’s foremost charity polo tournament. Over the years, it has welcomed international teams while raising funds for the Chitralada Technology Institute, supporting education, skills development, and vocational training through scholarships. International Competition This year’s tournament will see four teams representing Thailand, Asia,
and Europe compete on the field:
● Thai Polo Team (Thailand)
● 22BR Team (Hong Kong)
● Fast Fish Team (China)
● Duc de Prasline Team (Germany)
The international line-up promises exciting matches and highlights the growing global profile of polo in Pattaya.
A Social Highlight in Pattaya
Beyond the polo matches, the Thai Polo Open is also known as a relaxed and welcoming social event, suitable for families and friends of all ages. In addition to sponsor booths and lifestyle activities, this year’s programme includes a show jumping competition, adding further equestrian excitement to the day.
Younger guests will also enjoy pony rides and pony feeding activities, offering a hands-on experience with horses in a safe and friendly environment. As always, spectators are invited to take part in the traditional stomping of divots, a signature polo ritual that adds to the event’s charm and sociable atmosphere.
Admission and Table Reservations
Guests may attend with a 1,500-baht donation wristband, with proceeds benefiting the Chitralada Technology Institute. The admission includes buffet lunch, afternoon tea, and access to activities and sponsor booths throughout the day.
For groups, a Table Reservation Package is available at 15,000 baht per table for 10 guests, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The package includes entrance wristbands, a limited-edition Thai Polo Open 20th Anniversary souvenir, a reserved table with prime viewing, and food and beverages throughout the event.
