At the event, SYNNEX unveiled “Synnex Technology Showcase,” an integrated exhibition space demonstrating real‑world applications of emerging technologies and innovations, reflecting how technology has become embedded in everyday life. The company also showcased its infrastructure capabilities through Thailand’s first smart warehouse powered by the System 5 platform, designed to enhance efficiency, improve accuracy, and support future business growth.

Chief Executive Officer of SYNNEX (Thailand) PCL, said the company is stepping into a new role in 2026 as a key driver of Thailand’s technology ecosystem. “Synnex Technology Showcase” was introduced as the country’s first large‑scale, fully integrated technology exhibition designed to present both current and future innovations through real-world experiences. The showcase allowed visitors to explore cutting‑edge products and solutions from global technology partners, spanning Smart Devices, Consumer Technology, Gaming and the Creator Economy, as well as Cloud, Data Center, and AI Infrastructure.
The event reinforced SYNNEX’s role as a key enabler connecting global technologies to real-world applications across multiple market segment, while reaffirming a commitment to enhancing quality of life by making technology “easier and better”. The Technology Showcase also highlighted the company’s long‑term business growth opportunities as The company continued to strengthen positioning within Thailand’s technology ecosystem.
Within The Technology Showcase, SYNNEX presented five immersive experience zones. The Living Future zone demonstrated a fully integrated smart‑home environment, supported by Solar & Energy Storage System (ESS) solutions for sustainable living. Synnex Smart Town zone showcased a smart‑city model using AI to analyze security conditions, traffic flows, and smart-parking data for data -driven city management. Future Workplace zone recreated an intelligent hybrid-work environment supported by AI‑ready data‑center infrastructure, cybersecurity, and collaboration solutions. Smart Learning Hub zone presented a next‑generation classroom integrating online and offline learning. Smart Wellness for Better Life zone showcased smart wellness solutions combining AI, Medical IoT, and telemedicine to elevate healthcare services and strengthen the public-health system.
SYNNEX also unveiled a smart warehouse and intelligent logistics system, developed to elevate operational capabilities to industry standards and support handling of more than 12.8 million items per year across approximately 9,000 square meters.
The facility integrates automated workflows with human operators to enhance speed, accuracy, and safety across logistics management—from inbound processing and storage to order preparation and final delivery—supporting a 62% increase in monthly sales volume.
A key highlight was the deployment of advanced automation technologies, including an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) and HaiPick intelligent picking robots, capable of processing up to 10,000 items per hour with real-time connectivity to the ERP platform, underscoring infrastructure readiness for long-term, sustainable growth.
At the same time, SYNNEX outlined growth direction for 2026 under the theme “Empowering the Future Together,” setting proactive strategies to navigate transformation within Thailand’s technology industry in the AI era. AI has evolved beyond an efficiency-enhancing tool to become a core pillar of the digital economy, driving investment across public and private sectors as well as large-scale digital-infrastructure development by global technology companies.
For 2026 growth drivers, SYNNEX identified the upgrade cycle driven by AI PCs and AI smartphones, along with expansion of cloud, data-center, and wearable technologies, as key forces broadening the IT market. Government-led digital-economy initiatives and increasing capital inflows from global technology companies were also expected to accelerate a shift from volume-driven growth toward value-driven growth, supported by more complex and higher-value technology solutions.
These factors reflected expanding growth opportunities not only from device sales, but also from delivery of value-added technology solutions and services aligned with end-to-end AI-era investments.
