Mitihoon – Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited) underscores its leadership in sustainable finance by providing a THB 6,500 million Sustainability-Linked Long-Term Loan facility to support Bayswater Company Limited (BWT), a joint venture between Central Pattana Public Company Limited (Central Pattana) and Grand Canal Land Public Company Limited (GLAND), in the development of “The Central,” a new flagship mixed-use destination on a 49-rai site near Central Ladprao. With a total project value THB 21,000 million, the development will feature 460,000 sq.m. of gross building area (GBA) and is scheduled to open in 4Q2026.
The “The Central” project is being developed in line with Central Pattana’s sustainability framework, with key performance indicator and sustainability performance targets focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions in Scope 1 (direct emissions) and Scope 2 (indirect emissions from energy consumption). In addition, the project promotes the adoption of renewable energy and the development of green buildings within the complex – marking another significant milestone in Central Pattana’s journey toward sustainable mixed-use development.
