Mitihoon – ROCTEC Global Public Company Limited (“ROCTEC”) reported operating results for 3Q FY2025/26 for the period from October to December 2025. The Company recorded total operating revenue of THB 917 million, representing a 26.6% YoY increase, while net profit amounted to THB 127 million, rising 50.2% YoY. The performance reflects a significant increase in project volume, together with continued improvements in operational efficiency and disciplined cost structure management. As a result, the net profit margin (NPM) remained at a healthy level of 13.8%, compared with 11.0% in the prior year.
During the quarter, ROCTEC’s performance was driven mainly by the ICT Solutions business, which remained the Company’s primary source of revenue. Growth was led by Digital Display Solutions, supported by strong order volumes from existing customers and continued progress in transportation system projects. The nature of project structure also supported resilient revenue recognition and more effective cost management. Meanwhile, the Advertising business continued to show positive momentum, supported by sustained demand for Street Furniture media.
In terms of profitability, ROCTEC recorded gross profit of THB 258 million, increasing 6.3% YoY. Gross margin faced pressure from the project mix, particularly a higher revenue contribution from the Digital Display Solutions business, which is currently in a scaling phase. Nevertheless, ROCTEC maintained solid performance through effective project management and disciplined cost management, supporting a strong increase in net profit.

Digital Display Solutions has taken on an increasingly important role within the ICT Solutions segment as a digital display and data management solution, enhancing customer operational efficiency and supporting the continued development of smart infrastructure. The Company will remain focused on disciplined execution to deliver high-quality and sustainable long-term growth.”
For the first nine months of FY2025/26, ROCTEC recorded total operating revenue of THB 2,561 million, increasing 11.5% YoY, while net profit reached THB 370 million, up 55.3% YoY. The results reflect the overall strength of operating performance and the continued ability of the core businesses to scale service delivery effectively.
For the rest of the year, the Company expects revenue recognition from ongoing projects to accelerate, particularly within the Transportation Solutions and Integrated Technology Solutions businesses. Project progress remains on track, and these segments are expected to play an increasingly important role in supporting total revenue in the periods ahead. Meanwhile, Digital Display Solutions continues to serve as a key growth driver within the ICT Solutions segment, supported by sustained demand from strategic partners.
