Mitihoon – Krungthai-AXA Life has announced the appointment of Mr. Nicolas de Nazelle as the acting CEO of Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance, replacing Mr. Knattapisit Krutkrongchai whom has decided to step down from his role. The appointment is effective immediately and is subject to the approval by the regulatory authorities.
Nicolas joined the AXA Group in 2009, where he has held several leadership roles within Finance, both at global and regional levels. In 2023, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of AXA International Markets, also leading its Strategy team. Since January 2026, Nicolas is serving as CEO of Southeast Asia and Korea.
Since 2023, Nicolas has been a valued member of the Krungthai-AXA Board of Directors and a key contributor to the Joint Executive Committee between Krungthai Bank and AXA. Through these roles, he has gained a deep understanding of Krungthai-AXA’s strategic priorities and built trusted relationships with the leadership of Krungthai Bank – connections that will be instrumental in guiding Krungthai-AXA toward continued success.
