Mitihoon – Mr. Chatchai Phromlert (7th from left), Chairman of the Board of Directors, PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), together with the Board of Directors and Mr. Montri Rawanchaikul (6th from left), Chief Executive Officer, convened the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). The meeting reported on the previous year’s performance, key operational progress and investment plans. Additionally, PTTEP reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring a stable domestic petroleum supply and safeguarding the nation’s energy security. Shareholders approved the 2025 dividend payment at the rate of THB 8.75 per share.
The AGM was conducted as a Sustainable Event via an e-meeting platform, prioritizing resource efficiency by reducing consumption and travel requirements amid the current energy situation. The company also issued its 2025 Annual Report in digital format.
