Mitihoon – Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited held its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) via electronic means (E-Meeting), chaired by Police General Suwat Chaengyodsuk, Chairman of the Board. The meeting was attended by Mr. Chaiwat Kovavisarach, Group Chief Executive Officer and President, together with the Board of Directors, the Company’s management, external auditor, and legal advisor. The meeting was held at the Baimai Meeting Room, M Tower, Bangchak’s head office.
The meeting reviewed the Company’s operating performance for 2025 and approved the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. Shareholders also approved the allocation of profits for dividend payment for the 2025 performance at the rate of THB 1.05 per share, with payment scheduled for 24 April 2026.
