PSGC Shareholders Approve All Resolutions, Endorse Business Expansion Plan for Long-Term Revenue Growth Reinforcing the Stability of the Regional Energy Value Chain

Mitihoon – PSG Corporation Public Company Limited (“PSGC”) announced that its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on April 28, 2026, approved all resolutions as proposed by the Board of Directors. The outcome reflects strong shareholder confidence in the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth plans.

One of the key resolutions approved at the AGM was the final round of the company’s accounting capital restructuring, building on two prior rounds progressively implemented over the past year. The initiative ensures that PSGC’s financial statements provide a clear and transparent reflection of its business position, supports sustainable growth, and strengthens the confidence of investors and all stakeholders.

Mr. David Van Dau, Chief Executive Officer of PSGC, said: “The strong support from shareholders across all resolutions at this meeting reflects their confidence in the company’s strategic direction. The completion of our capital restructuring marks an important step in strengthening PSGC’s financial position, fully positioning the company to build a solid foundation for long-term growth through businesses closely aligned with the region’s continuously growing energy demand, and to create a more stable revenue structure.”

In terms of 2025 operating performance, the company recorded a net profit of THB 377.5 million. Meanwhile, PSGC’s financial position remained strong, with total assets of THB 5,533.6 million and total shareholders’ equity of THB 4,849.1 million — both increasing year-on-year — supporting the execution of its strategic growth plans.

PSGC is advancing its strategic expansion from being solely a construction contractor toward generating new revenue streams as a player in the regional energy and natural resources value chain. The company’s growth strategy is built on three pillars: construction services as its core business in the short term, expansion into natural resources in the medium term, and entry into the energy business over the long term.

The company has already begun executing this strategy through its investment in Nam Tien Limited Liability Company (“NT”), a Vietnamese integrated energy resource supply chain operator covering mining in Laos, logistics, and cross-border coal transportation between Laos and Vietnam. This investment is expected to enhance PSGC’s revenue structure over the long term, transitioning from project-based construction income to more stable and recurring operational income that aligns with the region’s growing energy demand.
