Mitihoon – The Hills Rehab Chiangmai, an inpatient addiction rehabilitation centre, has officially received accreditation from Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health – a recognition of the centre’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, systematic patient care. The accreditation was presented at the 26th National Drug Dependence Conference, held under the theme “Care with Heart, Advance with Innovation: Integration Toward Holistic and Comprehensive Care,” organized by the Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment (PMNIDAT), Thailand’s leading authority for setting and advancing addiction care standards nationwide.
Ms. Arina Lapsiriphon, Director of The Hills Rehab Chiangmai, shared: “We’ve been operating for over three years with a holistic care approach – one that goes far beyond simply helping patients stop using substances. Our programme addresses the physical, psychological, and emotional dimensions of each person’s recovery. The treatment process is designed as a complete continuum of care: from initial assessment and screening, through personalised treatment planning, all the way to discharge planning and relapse prevention.
