Mitihoon – Banpu Public Company Limited (the “Company’), being the new cormpany formed as a result of the arnalgarnation botween the former Banpu Public Company Limited (“Former BANPU”) and Banpu Power Public Company Limited (“BPP”) (the “Amalgamation’), is pleased to inform you that the Amalgamation between Former BANPU and BPP was successfully completed on 31 July 2026. As a result of the Amalgamation, the Company has been establised as as a new public limited corrpany under the name “Banpu Public Company Limited”.
Following the completion of the Amalgamation, the Company has assumed all assets, llabilities, rights, duties and responsibilities of Former BANPU and BPP by operation of law pursuant to the Public Limited Comparies Act B.E. 2535 (as amended), including all the rights, duties and responsibilties under any existing and valid undertakings, contracts, terms and/or conditions between former BANPU / BPP and you. Accordingly. the Amalgamation is not expected to affect the continuity of our business operations or our ongoing business relationship with you.
To faclitate the smooth continuation of our business relationship, following the completion of the Amalgamation, we have endosed herewith as Appendix a summary of the relevant corporate information updates of the Company for your records and necessary updates.
