They were welcomed by Chevron executives, including Mr. Javier La Rosa, President of Base Assets and Emerging Countries (6th from right), and Mr. Chatit Huayhongtong, President of Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. Gastech brings together representatives from across the global energy sector to exchange perspectives and build partnerships. Chevron’s participation highlights the role of natural gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG) in supporting energy security. Chevron’s global natural gas and LNG portfolio includes production, shipping and supply capabilities that help the company respond to changing market conditions.
For more than six decades, Chevron has helped support Thailand’s energy security and economic development. During the visit, Ministry of Energy executives exchanged perspectives with Chevron executives on Thailand’s energy future and the energy transition.
