Mitihoon – PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) has received seven Outstanding Awards at the EIA Monitoring Awards 2026 in the Petroleum Development category, presented by the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP). The awards recognize PTTEP’s exemplary environmental performance across its onshore and offshore petroleum exploration and production projects, underscoring the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship and its consistent adherence to stringent environmental standards and regulatory requirements.
Among the award-winning projects, the Sinphuhorm Natural Gas Production Development Project in Onshore Exploration Blocks EU1 and E5 (Khorat E5N), covering Udon Thani and Khon Kaen provinces, and the Kamphaeng Saen Petroleum Production Project in the PTTEP 1 concession block in Nakhon Pathom Province have earned the recognition for the third consecutive year. Meanwhile, the petroleum production project in Block G2/61 received the award for the second consecutive year.
Other awards-wining projects include the Arthit petroleum production project Blocks 14A, 15A, and 16A in the Gulf of Thailand; the S1 petroleum production project in Kamphaeng Phet, Phitsanulok, and Sukhothai provinces; the petroleum exploration and production project in onshore exploration Blocks L53/43 and L54/43 in Suphan Buri province, and the petroleum production project in Block G1/61, South Area (Erawan, Jakrawan, Satun, and Funan fields).
The awards were presented at the 2026 Academic Seminar and Award Ceremony for Establishments in Compliance with Environmental Impact Assessment Measures at the Rama Gardens Hotel, Bangkok.
