Mitihoon – PTT and Krungsri Strengthen Partnership for Sustainable Growth through PTT’s Inaugural Sustainability Term Loan
Ms. Pattaralada Sa-ngasang (2nd from left), Chief Financial Officer, PTT Public Company Limited, and Mr. Kenichi Yamato (2nd from right), Krungsri’s President and Chief Executive Officer, marked a significant milestone in sustainable finance through PTT’s inaugural Sustainability Term Loan, a THB 4.8 billion facility for which Krungsri serves as the Sole Sustainability Finance Advisor and Sole Lender.
The transaction represents PTT’s commitment to integrating sustainability into its business strategy, balancing long-term business growth with positive environmental and social impact. The financing will support PTT’s key sustainability initiatives, including nationwide reforestation projects and the development of science and technology education through Kamnoetvidya Science Academy (KVIS) and Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology (VISTEC). These efforts contribute to environmental conservation, climate action, and future talent development.
Coinciding with PTT’s 48thanniversary, this transaction represents a meaningful milestone reflecting PTT’s continued dedication to creating sustainable value for Thailand and future generations.
