Mitihoon – MR. D.I.Y. Receives “Rak Pa Rak Phaendin” Honorary Pin and Royal Forest Department Certificate of Commendation 2026 Recognising Forest Restoration Efforts Across 100 Rai and the Planting of More Than 20,000 Trees
MR. D.I.Y. Holding (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Thailand’s leading home improvement and lifestyle retailer, has received the “Rak Pa Rak Phaendin” (Love the Forest, Love the Land) Honorary Pin and a Certificate of Commendation as a “Supporter of the Royal Forest Department” in the Forest Resource Restoration and Development category for 2026. The recognition reflects the Company’s collaboration with the Royal Forest Department in conserving and restoring forest resources at Khao Takra, Saraburi Province, where more than 20,000 trees have been planted across 100 rai under the MR. D.I.Y. Cares project. Mr. Arnupharp Kongmalai, Vice President of Marketing, MR. D.I.Y. Holding (Thailand) Public Company Limited, represented the Company in receiving the honours at a ceremony marking the 130th anniversary of the Royal Forest Department, held at the Thiam Komkrit Building, Royal Forest Department.
Mr. Arnupharp Kongmalai, Vice President of Marketing, MR. D.I.Y. Holding (Thailand) Public Company Limited, said, “Receiving these honours is a source of great pride for MR. D.I.Y. and encourages us to continue our environmental initiatives. We have received strong support and collaboration from the Royal Forest Department. In 2025, we planted more than 20,000 trees across 100 rai at Khao Takra in Saraburi Province and contributed THB 50,000 to support forest ecosystem restoration. As MR. D.I.Y. celebrates its 10th anniversary in Thailand this year, we remain committed to leveraging our people, resources and partnerships to support initiatives that benefit communities, society and the environment through the
MR. D.I.Y. Cares project.”
The Royal Forest Department’s recognition for supporters of the Department is presented to individuals, organisations and agencies that have made meaningful contributions to the conservation, restoration and development of Thailand’s forest resources. In 2026, MR. D.I.Y. was presented with the “Rak Pa Rak Phaendin” Honorary Pin and the Certificate of Commendation as a “Supporter of the Royal Forest Department” in the Forest Resource Restoration and Development category, recognising its collaboration with the Royal Forest Department in restoring forest areas and expanding green spaces.
D.I.Y. will continue to advance the MR. D.I.Y. Cares project, supporting initiatives that contribute to communities, society, young people and the environment across Thailand.
