Mitihoon – Bangchak Group Powers Flood Relief Efforts Fuel cards support BMA and Royal Thai Navy drainage operations, alongside ongoing assistance to relief agencies
Mrs. Gloyta Nathalang, Senior Executive Vice President, Sustainability Management and Corporate Communications, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, presented Bangchak fuel cards on behalf of Bangchak Group to support the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) and the Royal Thai Navy in accelerating drainage operations and assisting people affected by flooding.
Mr. Pornphrom Vikitsreth, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, received the fuel cards at the Bangkok Flood Control Center, Department of Drainage and Sewerage, in Din Daeng. The contribution supports the department’s efforts to lower water levels and restore flood-affected areas.
Vice Admiral Asok Srisawat, Director-General of the Naval Civil Affairs Department, received the fuel cards at Bangkok Naval Base. The support will help power the Navy’s water-pushing boats, accelerating the discharge of floodwater toward the sea.
Bangchak Group has continued to provide fuel cards and drinking water to support relief operations across Bangkok, surrounding provinces, and other affected areas. The Group stands with everyone affected by the floods and with the officials, volunteers, and others working tirelessly on the response, and hopes that conditions will improve and daily life can return to normal soon.
