Mitihoon – AssetWise and Tokyo Tatemono Continue Strategic Investment Partnership to Develop “KAVE Bloom Kaset,” a Campus Condominium Project
AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), led by Mr. Kromchet Vipanpong, Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Phachara Prapunwattana, Senior Managing Director – Condominium Business, together with the company’s management team, has strengthened its partnership with Tokyo Tatemono (Thailand) Ltd., a subsidiary of Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd., led by Mr. Noriaki Handa, Managing Director.
The two companies have entered into a Joint Venture Agreement, with AssetWise and Tokyo Tatemono (Thailand) equity stakes of 51% and 49%, respectively, to jointly develop “KAVE Bloom Kaset,” a new pet-friendly campus condominium located near Kasetsart University, Bangkhen.
KAVE Bloom Kaset will comprise 544 residential units and is being developed under the concept of “Lifestyle Community.” Every space is thoughtfully designed to complement the lifestyles of the new generation, creating an environment where residents can enjoy life, embrace new learning experiences, and grow together. Prices start from THB 1.99 million, with reservations scheduled to open in late October 2026.
AssetWise and Tokyo Tatemono group have previously collaborated on two condominium developments in high-potential locations, Atmoz Oasis Onnut and KAVE COCO Bangsaen.
The additional joint investment in KAVE Bloom Kaset reflects the continued strategic partnership between the two companies, as well as their confidence in the potential of Thailand’s residential property market, particularly the condominium segment in locations near educational institutions and areas with strong demand from younger-generation consumers.
