Mitihoon – Begistics Public Company Limited (B), as the issuer of B255A, will convene the Bondholders’ Meeting No. 2/2026 on 21 October 2026 at 14.00 hrs., to be held as an electronic meeting (E-Meeting). Key matters proposed for consideration and approval include:
- Extension of the bond maturity date;
- Amendment to the principal repayment terms in installments;
- Increase in the bond interest rate for the extended period.
