Mitihoon – Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited or “FPT”, has once again distinguished itself in human resources management by winning the prestigious Best Companies to Work for in Asia Award for the fourth consecutive year. The award recognises organisations with successfully developed people strategies, spanning human resources practices and workplaces that comprehensively support the way people work, and that achieve a high level of employee engagement, making them among the most sought-after employers in Asia.
In addition, FPT was honoured with three further awards: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award, People Transformation Award, and Sustainable Workplace Award.
This achievement reflects Frasers Property Thailand’s focus on people, with recognition that they are at the heart of its business. The company places great importance on creating spaces and environments that support employees’ well-being, enhance their quality of life and promote a work-life balance. This is in line with the company’s approach to developing real estate projects, which goes beyond simply constructing buildings to creating meaningful spaces that respond to people’s lifestyles and needs. It also supports the company’s purpose, “Inspiring experiences, creating places for good.”
Furthermore, FPT has built an organisational culture that fosters collaboration and gives employees the opportunity to develop their potential in every dimension. This is achieved by encouraging learning, building new skills and providing suitable tools to support their work and help them perform more efficiently, while also creating an open working environment that embraces diversity. In this way, everyone can fully realise their potential, play a part in driving the organisation forward and grow sustainably with the company.
