Mitihoon – True Corporation has dispatched teams to closely monitor and inspect 5G and 4G signal quality following the installation of Small Cells and Temporary Sites to support Thai military missions along multiple border areas in several provinces since July. The temporary antenna installation was carried out at the request of the government to support security mission operations and in parallel with NBTC tower control measures. The deployed technology can restrict signal coverage exclusively to military zones, enabling personnel to use mobile communications more efficiently and reducing communication difficulties within units.

Expanding Coverage Under NBTC Regulations
While expanding mobile signal coverage to support this military mission, True Corporation continues to comply strictly with NBTC measures for controlling mobile towers, implemented on an ongoing basis and already completed. This includes tower removal, equipment dismantling, and reducing the height of equipment and towers in accordance with NBTC guidelines across various provinces bordering other nations to prevent mobile phone signal usage outside Thailand’s borders. Small Cell technology and Temporary Sites serve as solutions that effectively meet both efficient signal service delivery and regulatory compliance.
