Mitihoon – “Pruksa Holding”, moving forward in alignment with its corporate strategy, officially launches Inno Home Construction Co., Ltd. (IHC) driven by the philosophy, “Building Sustainable Living Through Expertise and Innovation.” Setting its sight on the construction and property development business sectors with the brand IHC and the home-building business with the brand Plantnery by PRUKSA, the Company plans to elevate construction standards through innovation and over 30 years of experience. Furthermore, Pruksa Holding continues to strengthen its long-term financial stability through the recurring revenue generating rental business, which debuts in the fourth quarter under the brand iPlearn, with initial launch locations in three areas: Lam Luk Ka, Rangsit-Klong 2, and Bowin in Rayong Province. This endeavor underscores the Pruksa Group’s leadership in delivering “LIFETIME WELL-LIVING: Living Well… For Life.” through its over 30 years of innovation and expertise.
Mr. Piya Prayong, Chief Executive Officer of Inno Home Construction Co., Ltd., stated that the launch of IHC is a crucial step in bolstering Pruksa’s strategy for sustainable growth. This move is designed to further strengthen the business portfolio and enhance competitiveness both domestically and internationally. It also completes the entire upstream-to-downstream residential ecosystem, which encompasses materials, construction, residential properties, and future investments. The Company is well-positioned for a New S-Curve that expands the business from a major property developer to a leader in providing integrated construction and residential services, thereby generating long-term growth.
Under the IHC brand, the company offers B2B and SME customers one-stop service solutions covering the entire project lifecycle, from project feasibility studies and recommending business models to determining product pricing, cost setting, and profitability assessment for the current market. The offering extends through architectural design to construction management and after-sales service. IHC will also be instrumental in pioneering and implementing new construction innovations to elevate the quality of construction for various project types, including apartments, hotels, dormitories, home offices, warehouses, and factories. The company boasts more than 60 carefully selected construction teams with over 30 years of experience ready to serve clients and a capacity to construct up to 700 townhouses or two-story detached houses per month.
The home-building business, operating under the brand Plantnery by PRUKSA, targets B2C customers in the mid-to-upper segment, with prices ranging from 3 to 20 million Baht. Key differentiators include professional teams with experience building over 200,000 homes, a 20-year structural warranty, transparent pricing with no overruns, rapid completion within six months, with a guarantee against project abandonment, a One-Stop Service and a selection of over 100 house designs, ranging from standard models and customizations of standard plans to completely new designs and construction based on the customer’s own blueprints (for house starting at 10 million Baht). The brand also stands out with its Inno-Tech innovations, which aim to elevate the quality of the home and the living experience for every family. These innovations ensure that homes are constructed using the strong and durable precast system, complemented by technology for comfortable and safe living that meets modern lifestyle needs. All of this is executed under the concept: Building Homes, Crafting Dreams, Made Possible.
“We recognize the high growth potential of the home-building market. Data from the Thai Home Builders Association and the Department of Business Development predicts that the total market value for the home-building business will reach 130 billion Baht in 2025. Given that major operators currently account for only 10%, or approximately 15 billion Baht, this presents a massive opportunity for new property developers who aim to establish professional construction and management standards,” stated Mr. Piya.
In addition to the two core businesses, IHC is also preparing to establish stable and sustainable recurring revenue by expanding into the rental business. It is launching its first venture, branded iPlearn, which offers residential units for rent designed to support modern living. The units feature distinctive, contemporary designs and functional, fully furnished rooms. They are complemented by comprehensive amenities and a 24-hour online security technology system, all offered at a competitive rental price. The initial launch will be in three locations: Lam Luk Ka, Rangsit-Klong 2, and Bowin (Rayong Province), with an expected launch in the fourth quarter of this year. The company plans to expand to 10,000 units within three years, targeting a diverse group of tenants ranging from factory workers, students, and office workers as well as in-city serviced apartments. The strategy focuses on locations near employment hubs and educational institutions to meet continuously growing rental demand. Currently, the three areas already boast a high occupancy rate of over 90%.
