The company provides guidance and assistance at every step. One example is Mr. Praphan Moidee, also known as “Phan,” a motorcycle partner from Chiang Mai who has been with Maxim for over a year. He shared his firsthand experience regarding the Type 17 public motorcycle registration process, the support received from Maxim, and the resulting impact on income and job stability.
Phan started driving with Maxim in his free time after work to earn extra income. “That’s when I found Maxim,” he said. Explaining why he chose Maxim, he added, “It’s easy to get in touch. I just went to the office, and the staff handled everything for me.”
When beginning the Type 17 registration process, Phan found it easier than expected. “I went to Maxim’s office to request the app affiliation certification. The staff were very helpful. At the Department of Land Transport, I just followed their instructions — filling out forms and completing the document check.”
He also emphasized that having complete documents and guidance from Maxim made the process smooth. “I already had a public motorcycle license, so I didn’t face any issues. The Maxim staff clearly explained every step, including the required documents and the submission order,” he said. In addition, Maxim provides support such as motorcycle jackets, a commission discount of 5%–10%, financial assistance of up to 12,000 THB per year for successfully registered drivers, and commission reductions, all of which help drivers work more conveniently and reduce expenses.
After completing the Type 17 motorcycle registration, Mr. Phan found that he could take on more jobs and saw a noticeable increase in his income. “I feel that I can receive orders much more efficiently than before, my commission costs have decreased, and my income has improved significantly. I feel relieved and much more confident in providing my services,” he said, adding, “Having a legally registered motorcycle helps manage my earnings more easily and enhances credibility with passengers, especially when serving at the airport, which gives customers greater confidence and results in continuous work.”
For drivers who are still hesitant, Phan advised, “If you’re ready, I recommend going for it. It’s worth it in the long run. Maxim is reliable — you can always visit the office for help. I’m not very tech-savvy and find some things difficult, but the staff explain everything clearly and solve issues quickly.”
Phan concluded that providing legal services with Maxim offers honest job opportunities, flexibility, and financial stability. “If possible, I would love to keep driving with Maxim forever,” he said

This program covers both car and motorcycle drivers in eight provinces: Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lampang, Phitsanulok, Hat Yai, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Udon Thani. Car drivers will receive financial support up to 4,500 THB in the first month and up to 2,000 THB per month thereafter, totaling 26,500 THB per year, which is sufficient to offset the costs of legal compliance.
