Mitihoon – AEON Thailand Foundation, led by Ms. Suporn Wattanavekin, Chairperson of the Foundation, donated 396,000 baht to the Cardiac Children Foundation of Thailand under the patronage of H.R.H. Princess Galyani Vadhana, the Princess of Narathiwat Rajanagarindra. The contribution continues to advance the project, “Treatment of Children with Congenital Heart Disease through After-Hours Cardiac Surgery and Catheterization”, reinforcing 14 years of shared commitment to accessible healthcare for children. The donation was officially received by Associate Professor Dr. Suthep Wanitkun, Chairman of the Cardiac Children Foundation of Thailand.
The funding will provide medical and surgical care for 11 children diagnosed with congenital heart disease, ensuring they receive necessary treatment without delay. In addition, the support helps reduce the financial pressures faced by families with limited resources.
Since 2012, AEON Thailand Foundation has been backing this project, contributing over 5,996,000 baht and helping 221 young patients to date. This ongoing support highlights the Foundation’s dedication to enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable children and families who need vital medical care.
