Mitihoon – Forbes, one of the world’s leading business media, recently announced the results of the Forbes 2026 World’s Best Banks ranking, with KBank being recognized as the “Best Bank in Thailand,” based on a survey of 54,000 banking customers across 34 countries worldwide.
The survey evaluation criteria cover seven key dimensions, namely overall satisfaction, likelihood to recommend, trustworthiness, terms and conditions, customer service, digital services, and financial advice. In 2026, a total of 410 banks worldwide were included in the ranking.
