Mitihoon – Beyond Securities Public Company Limited, as the bondholders’ representative of Thai Polycons Public Company Limited (TPOLY), will convene the Bondholders’ Meeting No. 1/2026 for TPOLY26NA on 11 September 2026 at 14.00 hrs. The meeting will be held as a physical meeting at Beyond The River Meeting Room, 57th Floor, One City Centre, Phloen Chit Rd, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok. Key matters proposed for consideration and approval include:
- Consideration of options for taking enforcement action against the common shares pledged as collateral;
- Approval and authorization for the bondholders’ representative to pursue legal proceedings on behalf of the bondholders.
