Mitihoon – EXIM Thailand Appoints Head of Procurement and General Administration Department, Head of Human Resources Department, and Head of Business Research Department
EXIM Thailand has announced the appointments of Mr. Viwat Sae-Tang as Head of Procurement and General Administration Department; Mrs. Natinee Petpisit as Head of Human Resources Department; and Dr. Wanwiwat Ketsawa as Head of Business Research Department, effective from October 1, 2026.
Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) has appointed Mr. Viwat Sae-Tang as Head of Procurement and General Administration Department, to oversee the Bank’s procurement, engineering, and utility systems, as well as maintenance of buildings, premises, and office equipment; Mrs. Natinee Petpisit as Head of Human Resources Department, to oversee organizational structure design, human resources management, professional development of employees’ skill development aligned with the Bank’s strategies, the promotion of a positive work environment, and employee relations; and Dr. Wanwiwat Ketsawa as Head of Business Research Department, to oversee research on business sectors, the economy, and countries to support the Bank’s business direction and framework, executive decision-making, as well as loan underwriting and marketing activities, enabling the Bank to provide comprehensive services. The appointments are effective from October 1, 2026 onward.
Mr. Viwat holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, and a Bachelor’s degree in General Management from the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University. He joined EXIM Thailand in 1995 and previously served as Manager of Legal Document Division, Assistant Vice President of Debt Administration Department, and Assistant Vice President of Procurement and General Administration Department in 2011, 2020, and 2025, respectively.
Mrs. Natinee holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the Faculty of Social Sciences, Kasetsart University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University. She joined EXIM Thailand in 2017 and previously served as Manager Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources Department in 2017, 2020, and 2024, respectively.
Dr. Wanwiwat holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, Saitama University, Japan; a Master’s degree in Labour Economics and Human Resource Management (International Program) from the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University; and a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University. Prior to joining EXIM Thailand, he served as an Independent Financial Advisor at Wealth Certified Mutual Fund Brokerage Securities Co., Ltd. and Allianz Ayudhya Assurance Public Company Limited, Director of Corporate Strategy Division and Head of Economic Research of the Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO), and Research Fellow at Saitama University.
