Mitihoon – Krungsri Wins “Marketing & Brand Initiative of the Year – Thailand” Award for the Third Consecutive Year
Krungsri, represented by Ms. Mingkwan Pattanawong, Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate Branding and Marketing Division, together with the executive team, proudly received the “Marketing & Brand Initiative of the Year – Thailand” award for the third consecutive year at the prestigious Asian Banking & Finance Retail Banking Awards 2026. The award recognizes the success of the “GO Sustainable with krungsri” communication campaign.
The campaign reached more than 21 million people and generated 2.2 million engagements, turning awareness into tangible action. These efforts also earned Krungsri the No. 2 ranking for “Bank for Sustainability” in Thailand in Kantar’s Brand Health Tracking report, along with 20 sustainability-related awards and recognitions in 2025. The results reinforce Krungsri’s position not just as a bank, but as a driving force for a sustainable Thai society.
This success was built on an integrated communication strategy spanning internal engagement, always-on content, online amplification, and on-ground experiences, delivered in collaboration with key partners at flagship events such as SX Sustainability Expo and SusTrends. The strategy was supported by a combination of financial knowledge and practical tools to help individuals and businesses understand, adapt to, and pursue sustainability through meaningful action.
Viewership of Krungsri The COACH doubled year on year, with its flagship programs reaching 45 million views across Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Meanwhile, a range of ESG initiatives and products helps individuals and businesses transition to a low-carbon economy, reflecting Krungsri’s commitment to driving positive change at the individual, organizational, and societal levels. Underpinning these efforts is the belief that every action and every small step, when taken together, can become a powerful force in moving society toward a more sustainable future.
